2020 ADMISSION DATES:

We strongly recommend that applicants apply to more than one school, including their closest school.

Application Forms may be collected from the school once applications open.

The following copies are required to accompany a completed application form.

Unabridged Birth Certificate of applicant. (This is not the standard birth certificate. an unabridged birth certificate must be obtained from home affairs and has both parents details – An abridged certificate will only be accepted with a receipt confirming that the parent has applied for an unabridged certificate FROM HOME AFFAIRS.

Both Parents ID Documents (in the case of Guardianship we require court documents as well as the Guardians ID Documents)

Clinic Card/Proof of immunization (if a clinic card cannot be produced the applicant must report to the nearest clinic for immunisation)

Proof of residence (utility bill/lease agreement – affidavit will not be considered as proof of residence)

Last school report

Confidential report form – to be submitted by the child’s current school (Supplied with your application). Please note that applications will only be processed when we are in possession of this form. Schools may fax the form directly to Seamount and it is not necessary to hand this form in with your application. Please follow up with the school

NON SOUTH AFRICAN CITIZENS MUST ALSO SUBMIT THE FOLLOWING:

1. Copy of valid study permit and passport of parets and prospective learner.
2.. proof that the applicant can meet their financial obligation to the school by means of a bank stamped letter providing
the applicants bank balance – the annual fee will be required should the pupil be accepted.
3. proof of medical cover.
4. in the event of refugee status, parent must supply original current refugee documents.
